Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original brand packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
